About this Artist

From a small seaside town in Central California, Trixy Grace grew up with so much time on her hands that between building tree forts and stalking wild animals, she learned to draw and paint. Before long, she embarked on voyages to inspire and haunt her to do what comes naturally. A self-taught and diligent nomad is she, and has come to bring you many fine pieces of art to appreciate. She currently resides along the Northern Coast of California, enjoying the turbulent tides and grey skies.
Since 2008, she has participated in a long list of art shows at various galleries ranging from Santa Barbara, California to the Greater Bay Area. Aside from her usual visual stream of consciousness, she has been comissioned by fellow artists and musicians for the design of handbill, album and zine cover art as well as tarot card art. Her other talents include ornamental horticulture, posing as a living statue on street corners slathered in paint and costume, playing bass marching drum as well as being a torch singer and song writer. The name "Trixy" is a high school nickname that stuck, and "Grace" is her real middle name.
